From Traditional to modern, small to massive, the best rolling pins in the land

If there is one thing that I absolutely love, it is making wooden rolling pins. For something that seems so simple, I spend an inordinate amount of time on each one. The selection of the timber, then cutting out the blank from the slab of wood, to start with. Turning the shape, balancing the pin and meticulous finishing to end the making process. Then the best bit is the test drive! It's amazing how each rolling pin will roll differently, the weight, the width, the curve, oh I could go on and on about how beautifully tactile they are. When I am selling face-to-face, they are undoubtedly the thing that brings a smile to people's faces when they try them out. A very simple thing that turns out to be very complex
